On Thursday 25 September, our Year 9 football team travelled to Dixons Allerton Academy in Bradford to compete in the Year 9 boys football Dixons Cup competition.

The students were successful in all matches, meaning they are currently Year 9 Dixons Cup football champions!

Here are results from the tournament:

Dixons Trinity: Dixons Newall Green won 2-0

Dixons Cottingley: Dixons Newall Green won 3-0

Dixons City: Dixons Newall Green won 3-0

Dixons Chapeltown: Dixons Newall Green Drew 0-0

On Friday 26 September Year 8 & 9 Boys football team played against St Thomas More Catholic Voluntary Academy in Buxton.

The team won a very close hard fought match at 2-1.

We are so proud of all students involved!
