Parents as partners
At Dixons Newall Green Academy, we believe strong partnerships with parents and carers are vital to student success. We are committed to open, regular, and meaningful communication, ensuring families are actively involved in their child’s education.
Parents, students, and school leaders sign a home academy agreement to demonstrate shared commitment to hard work. Individual progress is discussed during parents’ evenings, telephone conversations, and dream team presentations.
Key events, such as meet the advisor evening and information evenings, give families the opportunity to meet staff, ask questions, and learn how we support student learning and development.
We value the role of parents and carers in our community and strive to work together to help every student thrive at Dixons Newall Green Academy.
